We want your salon experience to be as enjoyable as possible. In order to expedite your service, we ask that our clients arrive on time. We will do our best to ensure that your reservation begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion. If a cancellation becomes necessary, we ask that you cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Clients who cancel a reservation after the specified 48 hour time frame or fail to contact us and do not arrive for a reservation will incur a loss of their deposit.
A deposit fee is required to book all appointments.
HBA reserves the right to refuse service to any member who is a “no show” for more than three reservations, for improper conduct, excessive tardiness, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
HBA cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled time. If you call to inform us that you are running late, sometimes we are able to offer a grace period up to 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. However, HBA reserves the right to refuse service to unpunctual clients. Failure to be on time will result in a loss of your deposit fee and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

CUSTOM HAIR COLORING
Hair cannot be colored on the same day of the appointment. It must be either given to me or delivered to the salon at least 3 days in advance. Send inspiration pictures of the color you desire to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all hair companies are suitable for dying hair. Please consult with me first if you would like your hair custom colored. I can advise you on what type of hair to purchase and which companies work best for the style you are trying to achieve. I will not be held liable for any issues that occur while coloring.

BYOB - BRING YOUR OWN BUNDLES
At the moment, I do not sell hair. Please bring your bundles with you to your appointment.
If you are scheduling an appointment for a weave installation, please come with your previous weave removed and natural hair washed. It is greatly appreciated and will allow for the appointment run smoothly and efficiently.
